Multi failures

iPad version can not do localization for weather - dialog says it cant find the Internet. Also, the dialog box to add url for radio station may or may not appear when the add button is clicked. When the dialog does appear, the entered url is not added to list. Of the listed features, I would say that maybe 50% work.
